Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering with or using 1444. They outline your rights, responsibilities, and the details of our mutual agreement. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law and apply equally to all users. 1 Acceptance & Enforceability of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering on the 1444 platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the entity operating 1444. You must be at least 18 years of age and must not be subject to any legal restrictions that would prohibit you from using this platform. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you must have the authority to enter into agreements on that organization's behalf.
These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali and apply specifically to users in Bangladesh. 1444 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users.

2 Account Creation & Security Policy
To open an account with 1444, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Accounts created using false or misleading information may be closed at any time, and any associated balance may be forfeited. Each individual may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You may be required to submit a national ID or other government-issued document for account verification.
Keeping your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential is your responsibility. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the 1444 support team immediately. Sharing login details with or transferring your account to a third party constitutes a breach of these terms. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.
- A valid mobile number and email address are required to create an account.
- Minors under the age of 18 will not be permitted to create an account.
- Users will be informed of the reasons for any account suspension or closure.
- Regularly updating your password is recommended for account security.
3 User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the 1444 platform, you must not engage in any fraudulent activity, or use bots, automation software, or any other unfair methods. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure. You are expected to treat other users with respect — harassment and abusive language will not be tolerated. Any attempt to conduct illegal activities or launder money through the platform will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
You may only use this platform for your own personal entertainment and lawful purposes. Betting on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. No content, data, or software from 1444 may be copied, sold, or distributed without authorization. You must refrain from any actions that interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or using another person's account is not permitted.

4 Payment, Transaction & Account Policies
All transactions on the 1444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits must comply with the terms and limits of the applicable payment method. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed; unverified withdrawals may be delayed or suspended. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment provider.
Withdrawals on bonuses and promotional offers are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or involving money laundering will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. 1444 will endeavor to provide alternative arrangements in the event of a disruption to a specific payment method, but will not be held liable for delays caused by third parties. Any financial losses incurred by a user as a result of gambling are solely the user's own responsibility.
1444 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. A notice will be published on the platform before changes take effect, and we will make reasonable efforts to inform registered users. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and the jurisdiction of a competent court shall apply. Should any provision of these terms be found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- Account suspension or closure decisions are final, but an appeals process is available.
- In gaming-related disputes, 1444's system logs will be considered final and conclusive evidence.
- Our maximum liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days.
